Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully wrap your glassware or ceramics in their original packaging and cushioning to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without any chips or cracks.
Ship It Back
Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Brooklyn distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
